Vivitar filed their ANSWER, and EDIG attorneys responded to it. The matter is set for a Hearing in December, (check with Silver), and we should know some 30 days after that Hearing...

Doesn't look like we will see the $2:00 dollar; $5:00 dollar PPS predictions made by some by this X-mass...
