They think the display feature is worth $460 million. This is a single product category by a single company.
Consider adding digital cameras as a category that have been selling for over a decade, cell phones and video cameras....
I'd like to see DM approach quantifying the upcoming cases in a similar fashion. To what degree have they monetized? I'm sure that is a question most investors would like to see answered.
Most must admit that e.Digital, despite its trials over the years, is one of the highest profile penny stocks over the past decade having traded tens of millions of shares and run from these levels to over $24. Mentions in TIME magazine as well as other publications such as its product on the cover of Sunday's Parade magazine have also brought EDIG into focus. Then there is the IFE exposure over the past few years that started with the first portable IFE device in the form of the digeplayer and now their success with the eVU.
Headlines similar to this $460 million patent suit against Apple would go that much further to make this opportunity known to the investment community at large.
