With the rotating HDD there's a power consideration that they manage to initiate to the tune of 20 hrs. Removing that rotational device and associated power considerations and implementing a solid state device should improve the eVu to what new level of consumption?

Utilizing a solid state drive will improve power constraints by removing the rotational aspects for all....for e.Digital it goes beyond this inherent aspect,  because of there non bit mapping and associated RAM requirements.  

They're always going to be that one step beyond because of particular claims of their patents.
