At this point in time the only ``emergence`` of an APS - Wencor lightweight embedded system has been a mock up at the WAEA conference in Sept. Other than that details have been kept under wraps. Logic says, some ``emergence`` will preceed the debate in the guise of press. Putnam alluded to this the last time I spoke with him.
