Without doing much research I can tell you that… 

1. Independence Air ceased operations January 06 

2. Maxjet now has an eVu on their website

Amtrak no longer has Digeplayers 

4. Jetairfly announced going with eVue (via Mezzo) July 07

That is 5 for sure they have lost of which at least 3 have come to the e.Digital side.  If I spent some more time I think the whole house of cards would be exposed as falling down.

But why spend more time when it is easy to see the writing on the wall.
