So we`re coming to the conclusion that we settled with F-10 for essentially the interest on the supposed $2.5M debt due to the fact that the contract was weak (along the lines of my ``ducks not in line`` comment) and may not stand the test of arbitration. Now there`s the thought that this contract may have had some open-ended clauses or even, heaven forbid, some sort of exclusivity assciated with it (which would die with settlement). That would further explain a perceived ``urgency``, RP`s comment, and other entities` hesitation to enter any formal agreements until things with F-10 were formally concluded.

But I may be reading way too much into this RP comment, which would not be unusual, cuz I KNOW nuttin`!
