Thanks sky56 and sman998,

But what I'm getting at is the disposition of the remaining Flashback units.

I seem to recall Sanyo acquiring the remaining Flashback units. What keeps nagging at me is an IP/licensing issue.

Did Sanyo acquire any rights from e.Digital in that deal?
