That makes perfect sense. I wonder if this was another ``guaranteed sale`` deal Collier is infamous for negotiating. Some were born to cut deals. IMO, Collier was not one of them.

Big Box buyers proudly beat their chests when they find a sucker seller who is all too willing to give away the farm and take anything back, ala EDIG. That is not the way the game is played by anybody that has played it very long. Those type of deals can send a company with limited distribution straight into Chapter 11. It has happened many times.

I don`t know if anybody here was in the consumer products business when Sears ruled, but they were very good at finding suckers. Then owning them. They would actually take over manufacturing plants.

I`m glad the dollars are spread out and in a lot more hands today. I`m also glad Collier is playing on somebody else`s team.
