It's a review of the lineage form Vivitar back to the tech .....if Premier image in fact supplies cameras to Vivitar....they manufacture SD  memory through Pretec....there's a fit.

We can only hope that they have nothing to do with Item 31 of doc 9...Vivitar reserves the right to implead...

If Foxconn....Premier image...Pretec(C-ONE Technology Corp. and Walton Advanced Engineering, Inc) are not handing the tech down...who is?

As far as things look at this point Premire image supplies hardware to Vivitar.
