The IP should have been pursued prior to WB, but it wasn't. I'm waiting for the outcome of the 1st case to re-evaluate my direction. It won't happen anytime soon. The legal system moves slowly because every move must have a calculated, well thought-out counter move; therefore, my patience has already been tested and another year or so is "no big deal". I hope I live that long.
