I think all we need out from the Vivitar case is just the confirmation that they are using our technology and patents.

The way I see it is more important for us win the first infringement case. Is the Key to win over 173 cases more.

Even if they go bankrupt (Vivitar)…. and we only walk away with the confirmation of the infringement
