There has to be more to it than 200K to sweeten the pie. Back a couple of weeks ago when I asked Putnam about other infotainment / car audio opportunities he said they would be able to discuss it more after they announce a settlement with Fugitsu 10. I never thought that the other opportunities would be with F10.

Lets hope they have an iron clad contract this time around.
