I totaled my K75RT with 96,000 miles on it a year and a half ago when a lady trying to make a U-turn slammed into my front wheel. I was less than totaled but got a few broken ribs and messed up shoulder. After 50 years or riding that was the first time I had ended laying on the pavement. After a few months of therapy I bought another K75 and then a R1200RT. If EDIG comes through while I'm still able to ride I'll probably get the latest high horsepower bike BMW is making at that time.
