yep, ALL of them that get my arse out of the fire and ALL of them that punished trademark abuses in our favor. Other than those wonderful wizards of justice, nay -- they`re lawyers and everybody likes to bash what they cannot do. It makes them feel better about their own existance.

It`s not only about lawyer bashing. For example, as a pro football fan, I can`t escape the constant beat of commentators wanting to paint those ``million dollar babies`` with a broad brush. Not every lawyer is a bad guy, not every football player is a jackass. In fact, NFL players average only 4 years playing time and have a life expectancy of over 10 years less than Joe Sixpack. Both professions have dark guys with black hats lookin` for fame in all the wrong places. However, IMO, most in both fields wear a white hat and just do what they believe is necessary to get the job done. No more, no less.

I doubt its what we do for a living that matters in the end. Character and grace matter.
