I think I understand all that......all I wished was someone familiar with these types of things to give me their opinion as to wether or not the Vivitar response was a "STRONG" one.

I am sure that experienced attorneys have been involved in answers to complaints they have filed with a "ARE THESE GUYS KIDDING"??? 'This is the most absurd answer I have ever seen", or, "MAMA MIA, THESE GUYS ARE REALLY GOOD, THIS IS THE GREATEST LEGAL RESPONSE I HAVE HAD THE BAD FORTUNE TO BE INVOLVED WITH".
