``...I am personally tired of talking about lawyers - I wiah I had chosen another name instead of LawyerLong - and I wish the profession did not make itself such an easy target for amateur pundits. And I wish I had stayed on the sidelines, and I am sure others do also.``

No way. Let`s all face it. The entertainment value alone is worth the price paid.

I`ve been busy and not followed too much of the fun, friction, and frolicking. There seems to be a bit of a problem understanding what an attorney actually does. This needs the simple mind of a legal dummy. I volunteer.

It is quite simple to me. If an attorney is on your side and you win, the attorney is a great guy and NOT like those OTHER guys who tried to twist things against you. However, if you lose, then ALL attorneys stink. That would seem to make the odds a bit unfair to the legal profession, but very accurate when describing the legal products consumer behavior.

As a profession who consumes WAY too much trademark legal services, I can shout very loud that my guy is awesome. It’s those other guys that give lawyers a bad name….LOL
