Why do class action suits take so long. Even after the settlement it takes a year or longer to process the data, get additional court time and agreements and then finally distribute the results to the shareholders or those filing the suit.

I have been involved in one for more than three years and the latest input was that it will be at least another year and possibly longer.

They should be required to pay me interest on the dollar amount, right?
