Either way, EDIG does have some similarity to PTSC in that the time lines for most of Judge Ward's PTSC rulings have been swift -- but it still takes many months to get to a Markman hearing, then more mediation, then ??? With 23 companies under license, it is hard to see how these remaining 2 (or 2.5) will win, but we never know what happens in a court room.

I agree with Paul, PTSC should hit their IP settlement deal prior to EDIG getting on the scorecard. However, PTSC does not have the eVU and potential major airline announcements. To me, that's advantage EDIG over the long haul.
