If all the legal needs have put the 'encription patenrt' efforts on hold; we should have done had that IMVHO.

Wouldn't suprise me if it's on hold because its innovator left for WiseTV... and he would lay claim to it not unlike 'write back' and the Digisystem aspects he's using.

Kinda agree with LL - They don't want a SHM because there are going to be so many pointed questions.
