Just a point in question. If there is an abundance of oil in and on the north slope why are we not going after it. Why doesn't the government lease the land. The bio fuels are all right but they are real futuristic and need at least 10 to 15 years to develope not only the product but also the engines that can use it without damage done to them. We need oil now not later . If bio fuels are then developed you won't need the oil. Its a question of what the hell we need now not later.
