There is a balance of a business decision to the legal aspects.

The same will be for the agreement with DM with regard to exact specified tech....445 and 108. This agreement is more specific with regard to decisions. 

Lets leave it at that....We are in a state of  do or die at this point. The tech in question is specific on an agreement....and it could lead to our having to license our own tech back from DM to keep the company going depending on an out come of IP pursuit. Everything now depends on how that part of the agreement is stated...weighed against how successful DM is in proving it's novelty. 

IFE , Wencor, hospitals.....etc. mean nothing at this point in the game.

 The real business decision is in play now....the dice were thrown.
