I disagree....my reading the APS/Boyer NDA agreement says different. I can see the decisions as they were being assessed by e.Digital staff. 

e.Digital tried to have the agreement bias to e.Digital with out luck. IMO, an overly legal approach would not have done anything but chase Boyer off. IMO, Boyers considerations were anilized and decision was made.....and I have no doubt with legal advice.  

Our tech was never on the line with regard to the NDA agreement.

As for the tech agreement.....I see it as written with a bias towards e.Digital, that because of IMO, ignorance on Wencors part. There are two statements in it that do not tie e.Digitals tech up.

 IMO, it was Boyer that needed better legal advice.
