Congress always like to take the easy road to answer the tough questions. Its the one brush fits all . Thats why I said from the beginning that most of those that serve in government ar on the take. The highest bidder wins.. They are for sale and have been ever since they saw an easy way to make a buck or for some company to make a large contribution to their election.. Here we have a law that served this country for more than a hundred years and was a benifit for the little guy that came up with the idea and it was patented only to be stolen by the sharks and now we have congress siding with the sharks. Shame on them.
