What needs to be considered is the losses that each of us had to sustain when more stock was issued how that effected the value of the shares held by us.    Thats why I stated that if there were to be some settlements that we as share holders have to also be considered for the sacrifices we made.  Its not enough for me that the only winners will be the Company and DM.  Thats B.S.  They are not the only ones that made the sacrifices.  Some share that I own were bought for more than 20 dollars and I saw that value go down as the company issued more and more stock that cost us.  A good dividend is what should be expected period.  JMHO.  Ted
