We were talking about how many settlement dollars it would take to equal the current share price as it relates to the eps. At $.18, it would tkae approx 45 million net dollars or 90 million in settlement at approx 50% net to edig.

Next time try and follow the discussion and stay on target. I'm surprised at your response, which had very little to do with the subject.
