150 mm $$

______ = .60 per share cash.

246 mm shares

subtract out EDIG debt... (DEBT TO INCLUDE ALL DEBT, INCLUDING THE COST OF LEGAL SERVICE TO COLLECT THE "MONETIZATION" OF THE PATENT) how much does that leave as CASH per share.. and how long do you think you will be able to buy cash for less than face value? (EVEN IF EDIG NETS 50% OF AN INSULTING TOTAL OF 150MM IN SETTLEMENTS, THAT STILL MEANS .30 CASH PER SHARE.)

$150mm for apple is what % of its market cap? Anyone? (I HOPE WE DON'T SETTLE FOR A MERE $150,000,000 FROM APPLE SINCE THAT IS ONLY 00.10126% OF ITS MARKET CAP) Now how about the other 173? (I DIDN'T SAY WE WOULD GET 150MM FROM EVERY OTHER INFRINGER)

Look, My WAG average, even if it is at 6MM per settlement, and DM takes even 50% for all fees, leaves 300MM if EDIG gets an average 6MM from only 100 companies, not 174. That's discounting 43+ % of companies presently identified as 'possible' targets as non-infringers. I think discounting 43% takes a significantly conservative approach in the number of companies that are presently on the scope.

My original question has yet to be answered as I write this... how long do you think you can buy CASH for less than its face value, if, at the end of the day (whenever that is) even these conservative numbers leave EDIG with CASH of over $1.00 per share?

You know why INTC settled... my guess its the same reason that DM is on board...
