That is exactly how I read it. Nov 7th is the next date. We eDiggers are used to waiting right? On an off note, My local friend is on the Court of Appeals for the Fifth District in California. I had lunch with him today, (planned) and he gave me a tour of the BRAND NEW court of Appeals building in Fresno, Ca. today. I have to tell you all, I was really impressed! L.L. and others may know what I am talking about, but this was the real deal, that, for once, made me proud of my taxpaying dollars. This is brand new and not quite finished yet. Just absolutely beautiful. Many wonderful pictures of Yosemite and other places in our great state.

I even got to sit at the top, looking down (no audience, of course), and I was in awe! That is the first time that I realized that some of our tax money goes to good cause!

Main thing that I really learned that I did not know before, is when it goes to the Appeals Court, it is not just the court. THEY WANT THEM TO SETTLE BEFOR THE COURT OF APPEALS RULING! IN FACT, THEY ARE REALLY TRYING TO ENCOURAGE THAT MORE AND MORE! I never knew that, as I was always under the impression that the Appeals Court was IT! Thanks, and good luck!
