act as a "poison pill" for anyone trying an unfriendly take over. I just don't see how you can judge a company on strick P/E investment guidelines.....
In the old days a softafter investment would have a P/E ratio of 15 to 20 to one. Later on the high flyers would be considered a good risk at 50-75 to one.
If EDig has 250,000,000 outstanding shares and, miracle of miracles, earns $125,000,000 are you trying to tell me the stock price would still be around $.30......???
