I suspect it all depends how much DM hits them up for to determine if they are better off settling or approaching matters as you suggest.

Sure is one interesting and exciting time for EDIG if DM gets aggressive and gets backed up by the courts.  Think of all those handheld sales already in the books for the target markets outlined by Blakeley and company...
