None of the above came into fruition because they/them found out they could do it cheeper with a little help from EDIG's friends and/ or partners...

Now enter DM who is aiming to reclaim what was rightly due EDIG through litigation with another end result which is, may be EDIG will have a chance to work out a deal with that multi-billion dollar OEM of yesteryears...
