wolfy, fiscal 2006 ended on March 31, 2006 more than eighteen months ago, and the statement was during fical 2006 so probably more then eighteen.  So, is it irrational exuberence to expect a big-ass order soon (or to think one is actually in progress), my guess would be yes.
