The explanations(if any given) of infringement will determine strength.

I have commented in the past that there are countless ways of orchestrating over the bones existing data segment structures.

There are simple contiguous structures...then there are the more advanced non-contiguous structures, one method is indexing(ie: FAT), the other being unix inode.

Then there's the edig novel method...which can stand alone, or implement sub set's of all of the above.

IMO...it's revolutionary.....purpose devised...with serendipitous discoveries.
