With congress getting into the act , that is my biggest concern and here why.   Every senator is on the take, you can buy any one of them for a buch contributed to their election.   These are the same guys that want to change the rules that were in existence  for close to a hundred years./  Those rules served this country well.   What can be their motivation to "Now " change the rules and in whose favor.   Sorry but I just don't believe they are concerned with the owner of the property but that they can be bought by any infringer who is ready to pay the price.  I watch with great interest the  meetings they had just a few years ago with Napster.  Just look what happened as a result.

 Be ready for the grand sell out by the senate.
