This whole thing about when "we are going to have a SHM" is much ado about nothing, and understandable in the context of what WILLY promised when he came aboard, and his accomplishments thus far...

We know this is still a penny stock teetering on the threshold of becoming a great investment that we have been hoping for.

I bet you if WILLY had an agreement signed by SWA and/or AMERICAN AIRLINE with some significant numbers about such agreements, or if he had some "Hard News" on DM efforts on the monetizing of the IP side, he would have his SHM yesterday.

From what they told us in the last PR it is clear that they are waiting for a time that such "NEWS" can be announced before they spend $150,000:00 on calling a SHM.

After all, as you said, the main purpose of a SHM is give the shareholder the chance to say "thanks you", and for everybody to "feel good". And, if the company feels such a "feel good" meeting is in the cards in the next few months, (as they seem to imply in their last PR), it makes sense that they should delay SHM till they can deliver on more orders for eVU and what DM has been doing for us.
