The last meeting Atul conducted was just over 2 years ago and the talking then was barely understandable. (which is worst than nothing to talk about)

Actually the first conversation I had with Putnam about the next shareholders meeting was about 6 - 8 months ago when he first brought up electronic filing. The indication was that the announcement of a shareholders meeting would be shortly after July 1st. after the SEC had specified new rules......It appears they are still specifying.
