LL, palto, others...curious what this Security Interest means?

Does this just mean basically that we have assigned this patent suite to Duane Morris? Is it an official way of notifying all patent searchers that if they want to correspond about the patents they should go thru DM and not e.Digital? Be interested in your thoughts...
