BRLC the parent of Vivatar which is being sued by edig was put on Mad Money's Jim Cramer's List of Hall of Shame last Thursday or Friday.  I don't know if anyone saw the epidsode but Cramer said something to the effect that BRLC was one of worst run companies.  I hope their legal counsel is managed as poorly as its management.
