Just a personal not on edigital's battery life.  I have two edig Odyssey mp3 players and one of them has been sitting on my desk unplugged for three months unused.  I can only use one at a time haha.  Anyways I have noticed that the battery does not drain when it sits for an extended amount of time.  My other electronics including notebook computers have battery drain when I don't use them for a while.  I really do think that there is something to eDigitals technology in the battery sector that enables it to last longer plus the capability of not draining when not in use.
