PACER

FYI to all...I just checked and found no new PACER filings on either the DIGECOR case or the VIVITAR case. Board lawyers: How long does VIVITAR have to file court documents in response to the initial filing by DM? 30 days sounds reasonable but I ain't no lawyer.
Sure wish I was a fly on the conference wall when DM lawyers meet with VIVITAR lawyers to discuss a fair settlement price. LOL.
IMO, with the judge setting a trial date 14 months away on the DIGECOR case, it has become a non-issue. My guess is this suit will never go to trial because DIGECOR's lawyers are going to advise on a settlement, especially since the NDA was fraudulently drafted by APS as discussed on this board. BOW had a good thing going with EDIGITAL as a partner but his greed of wanting EDIGITAL's IP fouled all that up. So be it...and I think we're better off now in the IFE arena with MEZZO and our direct sales to airlines than we were with DIGECOR.
Gotta love that eVU-ER and its 20 hour battery! Bet BOW is PO'd! LOL.
