What are the chances that DM has sent notices of request for Licensing to some of the patent infringers?

Since "Vivitar" suit became public knowledge we all (on this forum) know that DM/PN/edig have been working on edig patents infringement for some time. So I believe that there must be a number of things going on the background.........what do you think would be the logical steps for a law firm to be doing at this point. Although these type of questions have been asked before, I believe now we have a different game going on. I would be very interested in your opinions.
