So what would DM be doing now? I know, I know .....I am curious about how these things work. A firm the size DM, they must be doing a lot research and they need to get paid for those hours, so how would they get their monies? (I know I am going to get slack for this). I am not that stupid, just wondering how quickly a law firm like DM will want a return on their time. Since nothing is for sure, I would think they want something quickly to justify pursuing the edig IP.

Are there other lawyers here on this forum, any patent lawyers?
