Finally!!  Though this is a long process (a la PTSC), they've got a good venue for the action.  Court actions are probably 12-18 months out there (as opposed to YEARS).

The more important thing, IMO, is that this puts all other infringers on notice that we will not negotiate forever, but will take them to court if a settlement is not forthcoming.  That's the hammer because, generally speaking, no company wants their name in lights as a patent infringer.  Though such a thing is certainly not uncommon, it is a big, unknown impact, negative for their company.
