That thought could also be antisipated for Vivitar as well. When settled they will have a licence to go wild. This may entice the other companies in the same fied to come foward if they're knowling cheating....for fear of losing market share.

 I've been wondering why a company would be buy them, this could be a reason.

 This is really going to be a show if my thoughts are some what correct.
