Embedded nonvolatile memory: used for boot, file storage, device configurations, execution

from the little I know, doesn't the patents cover embedded nonvolatile memory as well.

A product line like Digital Photo Frame have become very popular and the tech. avi-video, sound etc.; Is this just another example of what we can look at as infringing products..............I sure hope so!
