DABOSS, I check the eastern district of Texas once a week on PACER but have seen no filings for e.Digital Corporation.  It costs money to even just check for a filing so that, combined with the time it would take, keeps me from checking all court districts in every state.

Besides the above district, can anyone suggest another 3 - 5 states/districts that DM would likely file in?  States/districts that have good plaintiff success rates on IP cases?  I'll add them to my weekly check. TIA
