Amen to that. I have believed for several months now that cell phones will likely be targeted in the initial filings. Regarding LL’s comments...

I remember those statements and at the time rejected the premise (not Trillium’s report or RP’s truthfulness) that cell phone manufacturers are barely scraping by since they sell at such low margins. Hogwash! That may have been RP’s belief at the time and I suspect that DM may have since set him straight. That could account for more recent statements regarding them going after fruit hanging much higher up on the tree. (Hint: If you want fruit from higher branches, don’t reach uselessly from your tiptoes or climb and risk injury - just shake the whole dang tree and see what falls out)

Of course I don’t know anything for sure. I simply believe that cell phones are an obvious target despite any ideas or (un-official) reports to the contrary - that is, until and unless official statements/filings should prove me wrong. I would also place Samsung at the top of my list for initial infringement candidates.
