This is perfect! If the digEcor lawsuit ever winds up mattering to e.Digital, it'll matter later. In the meantime, they should just sell all the eVUs they can (that and go after infringers).

So has digEcor made any significant sales this year? They seem to be blaming e.Digital for harming their business. Seems like they harmed their own business. What will they do between now and 2009?
