I don't understand your comments on backlogs.
Many industires have considersable backlogs somestime equal to or greater than a quarter or two. These are sales that are in progress from a manufacturing and scheduling point of view and most have specified delivery dates.
Now granted, we do n ot know how edig specifically treats backlog as to an actual order, deposits, manufacturing and delivery dates, etc.
But I do know that backlogs are common in most industries and an accepted practice to mention same and amounts.

By the way, our business was several billion in revenue and we had backlogs sometimes in excess of 100 milion.
This information was used in ordering raw materials, scheduling manufacturing and many other operational functions.
