It’s due by Wednesday for the first quarter of fiscal 2008 which ended on June 30; though we could easily see it today or tomorrow. Will they release an update along with it? Not necessarily though quite possible. If nothing else, I’d like to know that things are still on-track for IP actions (filings) to occur before this quarter ends on September 30 - just 7 weeks away now.

Despite past disappointments, it’s hard not to anticipate what new information may soon come to light without a certain degree of hope. I have my own ideas about which patents and claims will receive the greatest initial focus and I’m almost as anxious to learn that as I am to know who will be targeted and for how much. What keeps going through my mind is the language from the 3/30/06 press release:

"We believe the timing and climate are right for us to pursue monetizing our flash memory-related patent portfolio which we believe contains fundamental and valuable claims regarding the use of embedded and removable flash memory in portable devices."
