No, I did not say that. I noted that there was some significant early upward movement long before the big spike to the $2 range. I would guess it was a result of a growing confidence from investors "in the know" that infringement efforts were on their way.
I think the big spike was a result of actual settlements...but ronan or other ptsc shareholders (of which I am one) could better answer that, as I follow it peripherally.
